The Courier App Secure Payments
When it comes to secure payments The Courier App uses one of largest and most secure payment gateways in the world, STRIPE All payments are processed when you book, the payment is temporarily put on hold until the item is successfully picked up and on the way, (In Transit) with our driver. When you create your account you will be asked to nominate your payment method, either a credit or debit card.
For customers who have reservations about using their own cards or Business customers looking for accounts we recommend you consider The Courier App Vasco VISA card as your payment solution as detailed below.
Accounts for volume customers
Accounts are available for volume customers of The Courier App who are happy to supply payment reference checks. Any approved clients will need to be consistently ordering over 15 orders a day to take advantage of our account system. The payment and service terms can be discussed on a case by case basis. We prefer not to offer accounts as all drivers are paid for each delivery within 24hours but we are more than happy to meet with you and discuss account arrangements.
The Courier App Vasco VISA card option
The Courier App Vasco VISA card. This card is perfect for businesses that want to track their delivery spend online and control/limit the funds that are available on the card.
There are two ways you can enjoy the benefits and security of using The Courier App Vasco VISA Card.

The Courier App can invoice you whenever you want to top up the cards with funds. (Perhaps a set weekly/monthly spend?)

You can self-manage and control the card and top up funds automatically using the Vasco card app and dashboard.
