My Click & Collect
The Courier App drivers perform contactless delivery practices to provide safe delivery of your items. All Click & Collect orders will be delivered to the door but will not be taken into the home for the protection of our customers and drivers.
Simply download My Click & Collect from Google Play or The App Store to place your delivery. Website booking is also available. Click on My Click & Collect icon on The Courier App. Simply fill in your order details including pick up and delivery times by following the prompts. Upload a photo of the receipt or order as prompted on our platform and one of our drivers will collect your item and deliver it to your home.

You will be notified that a driver has accepted to pick up your order, You will also get notifications once the order has been picked up and also when it has been delivered. You are in control and can track your driver on our mapping system and even call through the app if required.
Proof of delivery is a choice of photo verification or if preferred a pin number that must be given to the driver on delivery. ​​​​​​​
To make the delivery faster for you and our drivers.
If possible make a note with the store that you are purchasing from that a driver from The Courier App will be picking up your item. We ask this so that the process is smooth for both customer and driver.

Business Owners
Do you offer click and collect for your customers? If you do not have a delivery platform feel free to add a link to your website for your customers to organise their own pickup using The Courier App My Click & Collect feature. You can also click on the following link to download an in store poster directing people to use the service.
